CT Contractors transformed an industrial unit into a purpose-built HYROX training facility for Atlas Training Club in South Manchester, delivering a modern, high-performance environment designed around the demands of functional fitness, strength and conditioning.

The fit-out created a spacious open-plan training facility incorporating dedicated strength and conditioning areas, HYROX training zones, specialist flooring and track areas. The wider member facilities include a café and comfortable seating area, together with dedicated changing and washing facilities, creating a practical and welcoming environment for members before and after training.

Specialist lighting was installed throughout the facility, complementing the existing industrial structure while providing a bright, professional training environment. The contrasting black finishes, exposed structure and carefully planned training areas create a distinctive contemporary aesthetic while retaining the scale and character of the original industrial space.

The completed project demonstrates CT Contractors’ ability to transform industrial units into specialist health, fitness and sports facilities, combining the practical requirements of a high-performance training environment with high-quality finishes and member-focused amenities.
