CT Contractors transformed an industrial shell into a purpose-built padel facility for Performance Padel Club in Kendal, delivering a modern, high-quality sporting environment designed around the needs of players, members and the day-to-day operation of the club.

The fit-out included the creation of a welcoming entrance and reception area, café and dedicated member seating area, alongside fully equipped changing and washing facilities. Careful attention was given to the flow and finish of each space, creating a comfortable and professional environment from arrival through to the courts.

Specialist elements of the project included the installation of dedicated sports lighting and soundproofing materials, helping to create the optimum environment for play while managing acoustics throughout the facility.
